How we work, and
who we work with.
The questions worth answering before a first call. Each answer stands on its own, so you can take one and leave the rest.
What Brave New is
What is Brave New?
Brave New is a strategic communications and B2B marketing agency for corporates, brands, and executives who intend to dominate their field. We build the position, the authority, and the AI-era visibility that make a company the name its market finds, remembers, believes, and values. Practices: Capital, Industrial, Healthcare. Regions: EU, UAE, US.
What makes Brave New different from other B2B marketing agencies?
Strategy leads and execution follows, never the reverse. Execution has been commoditised by AI; judgement has not. We take the positioning decision first, then direct content, search, AI visibility, and reputation work against it. One brand, one voice, one architecture across every surface. We measure what the buyer remembers, not what the team produced.
What does “dominating your field” actually mean?
It means category capture, measured on four outcomes. Found: you are the answer when a buyer asks an AI or a search engine who runs your category. Remembered: yours is the name in the buying meeting before anyone opens a laptop. Believed: your proof survives procurement triage. Valued: your reputation moves the multiple, not just the pipeline. Every point of ground you take is ground the competition does not get back.
Who can work with us
Who does Brave New work with?
Companies and leadership teams that are operationally or financially excellent but commercially under-told, in markets where a wrong choice is a career risk. Three practices: Capital (funds, banks, investment and real estate firms), Industrial (manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, infrastructure), and Healthcare. The common thread is a genuine edge that the market, and the AI tools the market now asks, cannot yet see.
Do you work with individual executives, or only with companies?
Both, and usually together. Voices from Within is our programme for turning a company’s own leaders and experts into credible public authorities. Not influencer marketing and not rented reach: we take the executive’s genuine thesis and build it into published, category-owning presence. The institutional voice and the human voice amplify each other.
Is there a minimum company size or revenue?
No fixed revenue line. The test is the buyer set, not the turnover. We have run engagements for single-product firms and for multi-billion-AUM funds. If your buyer is institutional and your substance is real, the engagement can be scoped. If your growth depends on being the cheapest option, we are the wrong firm.
Who is Brave New not for?
We do not work with brands whose competitive position is cheapest, with clients who refuse to publish a single audited number, or with briefs that amount to a TikTok strategy wearing a B2B overlay. We do not coach leadership teams into guru impressions.
Do you work outside the EU, UAE, and US?
Selectively. We take engagements outside our three home regions when the legal and compliance jurisdiction leaves the procurement record accessible to us. If we cannot read how your buyers actually decide, we cannot do the work honestly, so we decline.
How we work
How does an engagement with Brave New start?
Every engagement starts with the Audit. You book the Audit, send your numbers, and we read. Three days later you receive one page: three decisions ranked, plus the highest-leverage change for the next thirty days. It is paid, small, and refundable if our read is wrong. Everything else is scoped on it.
What are the five engagements?
The Audit. Diagnose. Three days, one page, three decisions ranked. Brand Consolidation Sprint. Decide. Six weeks. One category claim, one framework, one proof inventory, your core surfaces rewritten against it. Go-to-Market Retainer. Direct. Quarterly. Research, authority, and activation compounding off the spine. The Leap. Design. The named report, the keynote, the breakout moment. Two slots a quarter. The Strategist. Advise. A senior strategist in your Slack every day, capped at ten clients.
How long does a typical engagement run?
The Audit is three days. The Brand Consolidation Sprint is six weeks. The Go-to-Market Retainer runs quarterly and renews. The Leap is project-scoped. The Strategist is monthly and ongoing, capped at ten clients across the whole book. Most clients enter through the Audit and stay for the Sprint or the Retainer.
How is pricing structured?
Every engagement is scoped on the Audit and priced against the value the work creates. We do not bill by the hour and we do not publish a rate card, because an hour of judgement is not worth the same in every category. Pricing is set in the proposal, after we have read your numbers.
How fast can you start?
The Audit can be booked inside seven working days. Sprint and Leap slots open quarterly. The Strategist tier is capped at ten institutional clients with a calendar-order waitlist. If speed matters, book the Audit first: it is the door to everything else and the fastest way to a scoped start date.
Who actually does the work?
Brave New runs as a collective, not an agency org chart. Four resource areas: Strategy, Operations, Brand, Digital. Your in-house team plugs into ours wherever the work calls for it, and outside partners (media buyers, designers, developers, video) come in when the architecture asks for them. The spine holds throughout: one brand, one voice, one architecture.
What do you measure?
Four things, all harder to fake than impressions. Retrievability: how often you appear in AI-generated answers to the questions your buyers actually ask, tracked against named competitors quarterly. Recall: whether the buyer names you unprompted. Trust: whether your proof survives procurement triage. Category claim: whether you own a named position and defend it across every surface.
AI visibility and B2B marketing
Can you make my company show up in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI answers?
Yes. AI visibility is a core tactic inside our Memory Architecture work: we build the citation infrastructure (named frameworks, sourced statistics, definitions, quotable lines) that AI models pull from when they answer a question in your category. Most B2B content is technically correct and structurally invisible to retrieval. We rewrite it so the model returns you.
Why does AI visibility matter for B2B marketing now?
Because your buyers ask the model before they run a search. Clients now use LLMs to shortlist agencies and vendors (Campaign). Search, close to 40% of digital spend for a decade (Statista, via DataReportal), is the channel AI is taking apart: WPP Media expects search ad growth to stall in 2026 and decline through 2030. The answer an assistant gives is a position no one can buy. You earn it.
Is AI visibility the same as SEO?
No. SEO gets you ranked; AI visibility gets you cited. A well-structured page can be quoted by an AI assistant even when it does not top the rankings, because models select sources on clarity, authority, and extractability, not rank position alone. Traditional SEO remains the foundation. We build both, governed by the same positioning strategy, because a retrievable brand without a position is just noise that gets found.
Now ask the one about you.
Everything above is general by design.
The Audit is not: three days, one page, three decisions ranked against your numbers.
Paid, small, and refundable if our read is wrong.
