Who you are dealing with

This site trades as Brave New Media. The company behind it, and the party you contract with, is Sarron Creative Media SRL, registered in Romania (fiscal code 38681961).

1. Scope

These terms cover your use of this website, the Brave New Business Journal, and any enquiry or audit request you send through it. They do not govern paid engagements: those run under a separate signed agreement, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.

2. Using this site

You may read, quote and link to anything published here. You may not republish whole articles or Journal issues as your own. Quoting with attribution and a link is welcome and needs no permission.

3. What the writing is and is not

The articles and the Journal are general commentary on marketing and business strategy. They are not advice for your specific situation, and they are not legal, financial or investment advice. Figures, cases and studies we cite are attributed to their sources; we take care to represent them accurately, but we do not warrant the accuracy of third party research.

4. The Journal

Subscribing is free and you can leave at any time using the link in any issue. We send the Journal and nothing else to that address. We do not sell, rent or share the list.

5. Audit requests

Submitting an audit request is not a contract and does not oblige either side to proceed. If we take on an audit, its scope, any fee, and its terms are agreed separately in writing beforehand.

6. Availability

We try to keep the site up but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or remove content at any time.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of anything published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Links out

We link to third party sites and sources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

9. Your data

How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy and cookie policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.

11. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by Romanian law. The courts of Bucharest, Romania have jurisdiction.
